Chris Maio 

 

Chris Maio is the music mixer and guitarist in the Golden Era band. He has produced hundreds of professional guitar recordings, and worked with Ron Miscavige in the Music Department for more than a decade. Chris tells how Ron constantly was demeaning to others. “One time we were at a hall, we had just gotten done with a gig, we were back stage, I was walking with Ron. And he takes a wrapper off of a food particle, whatever, and he throws it on the floor. So I look at him, ‘Ron?’ and he says, ‘Ah, it gives somebody a job.’ Who?”
